The Mercy PHO has established an arrangement with Midlands Choice for Mercy employees with the Priority Health Network health plan to have access to providers in the Quad Cities who participate in Midlands Choice effective January 1, 2009 as the Genesis Health Plan no longer exists effective December 31, 2008.  The ID card will indicate Midlands Choice - Quad Cities Only and includes the following cities in the plan:  Bettendorf, Davenport, Moline, and Rock Island.  If you have any questions, please contact the PHO office at 319-339-3992 (press 1) or 1-800-637-2942 ext. 3992 (press 1).
